Nepal Telecom has released information that the organization is rejuvenating Nepal Telecom helpline service for both landline and SIM service users with inauguration of the new customer service center. According to the press release, Nepal Telecom plans to get closer to customers service expectation with the new management.
Customer Service Support Numbers:
- 197 number is set up for Q&A
- 198 for landline troubleshooting, complain and suggestion
- 1418 for GSM and CDMA troubleshooting, complain and suggestion
197 number is set up for Q&A regarding services from Nepal Telecom. 198 for landline and 1418 for GSM and CDMA are setup to receive calls for complains and suggestions. Nepal Telecom plans to extend the customer service operation to SMS, email and even online chat service to gather suggestion and provide service to improve the quality of the Network.
Highway Link company has been selected as an outsource company to handle the support center for Nepal Telecom.
