Viber has decided to offer Nepali users a free duration to call select countries at 8:00PM to 10:00PM. Viber is a popular VoIP app that offers free calls and messaging with cheap international calls. The call duration allowed in a single call is 10 minutes and the call would disconnect. The user will have to redial the connection to start the conversation again.
