Importing Multiple Blog Platforms to WordPress

If you are thinking about importing blogs on platforms like blogger, type pad, Joomla, livejournal, tumblr or other to WordPress. You can do this easily with the WordPress content importer from the WordPress Menu. WordPress has a great web documentation on importing other blog platforms to WordPress.

And here is a simple tutorial to get you started. You can find the Import Feature on WordPress the the right menu sidebar under Tools.

wordpress tools importThen you will  be taken to the Blog import page. Then you have to choose which blog platform that you want to import to WordPress. Then follow the steps to download the plugin and you will have your blog completely transfered to WordPress.
