what are the best free serp tracker these days?

I kind of use multiple serp trackers like Ahrefs, semrush and serpfox. Their free packqges are great for tracking rankings.for highest search volume keywords. But i sometimes wonder if they hurt rankings in some way.

I.may be paranoid but what do you guys think and what do you use?

Instead of using a tool to track your rankings it is better to check manually in the search engine..
