Title: Broadlink changes user interface, No more Service change on the go
Post by: Admin on Jul 26, 2013, 12:18 PM
Broadlink Nepal has changed their login and self care support system from an simple and easy to use system. As their service was any better, now you can't change the service plan when you need, can't log out from a different device, and the self care link doens't even work (for me i have to login in through a different ISP).

I use multiple internet service provider (ADSL, ClassicTech and Broadlink) as none of them are quite stable and can go down any time. And i really liked the ability to change the service when i plan to do some work but now that option is gone. Don't these companies think about customers any more. When will they ever learn customer satisfaction should be the ultimate goal of a company, not self satisfaction.

They wil not change their interface again but Its about time i let this rant out.
