Morning walk is a best practice to be fit and healthy. It is useful because it reduces fat from  body and also very beneficial for the patient of different diseases like Cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes. This exercise reduces mental stress and gives calm to mind. It allows you to achieve your fitness goal more fast.

Walk is nodoubt good for health specially moorning walk. Doctors also recommend corona patients to do some walk as it provide your body some boost and improve your immune system

It is important to walk, it helps your body good.
