If you are having problem with JDK because of something getting messed up and can't remove the JDK files to reinstall it again. And if you can't remove the program from the Control panels "Add and Remove". You can do this to remove it completely. You can delete the folders of the JDK in program files java folder.

Then you can use the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility from Microsoft. It removes all the install information about the selected program from windows so that you can completely uninstall programs or reinstall those programs again if you need.

The program is at.
Code:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/e/9/d/e9d80355-7ab4-45b8-80e8-983a48d5e1bd/msicuu2.exe

Install the program and run the program installed. Then choose the program (in this case java jdk) then choose to remove. Then you're done.

You can now reinstall or have completely removed JDK from your computer.
