Heres a free software to freely index your site and gain the search engines attention.

Then here is a tool that will automate indexing your backlinks. The WinAutomation Script uses links and keywords from a txt file 1 per line and then uses it with the Instant Indexer to try to index your backlinks.

why would anyone penalize you. its just about automating it.

either you can do it manually going to all the sites and posting your sites for valuation. or you can use the tool.
