[Q] Anyone know a free way to automatically post feed item to Google Plus?

I've been trying to increase our site's brand awareness and trying to set up a system to automatically post on Google plus. I've heard the posting on Google Plus gets your better indexed and also the users of Google Plus is always growing because of Android.

So does anyone know of a free method or site for us to start. Also i've checked sites like dlvr.it and they only have it on a premium subscription.
