With mobile development on full throttle you always can't get the exact output from desktop browser development tools. Somethings just don't work well with mobile browsers. You can use some apps to intentionally get the source code of a web page, but that requires additional application. If you use chrome or firefox on your Android you can do this by just prepending "
view-source:
" at the beginning of the URL. That's all

These are from Android Oreo. As you can see chrome has a bad zoom which cannot be changed making it hard to navigate. Firefox and Puffin have a better display and visibility.
