Enable facebook messenger dark/night mode on Android

Enable facebook messenger dark/night mode on Android

Dark mode now available for Everyone. Easiest method to get it in the third post of this thread below.
You will need root access to do this. Then you can use Facebook Messenger in dark mode by enabling option in the settings.


You need the latest beta version of the messenger app, and you have to input this command into the terminal granting root access beforehand

Run this code in terminal like termux:
Code: [Select]
am start -n "com.facebook.orca/com.facebook.abtest.gkprefs.GkSettingsListActivity"
Search for "dark", and then enable all the flags.
Restart the app and you should now see the option for Dark mode in settings.

Update: Just send anyone a dark moon emoji "🌚" and you will have dark mode enabled
