gtk.zip file download issues with Pidgin [FIX]

 While you download and try to install Pidgin, you get a very slow speed trying to download the gtk.zip. And the setup fails and you can't use the Pidgin software without it. This is a alternate way to download and use the GTK + for windows without using the installer to download the file.
 
 You should already have pidgin installed without the Gtk files download. You can cancel the gtk.zip files download part during the installation and still install pidgin. We will be getting the gtk files later with the below method.
 
After the installation of pidgin has completed
Go to
 http://sourceforge.net/projects/pidgin/files/GTK%2B%20for%20Windows/
 
 Choose the latest version, this is the latest version at the moment.
 http://sourceforge.net/projects/pidgin/files/GTK%2B%20for%20Windows/2.14.7.0/
 
 Download the zip file.
 http://sourceforge.net/projects/pidgin/files/GTK%2B%20for%20Windows/2.14.7.0/gtk-runtime-2.14.7.0.zip/download
 
 Then extract the Gtk folder contained within the zip file, then copy the Gtk folder into the Pidgin installation folder.
 eg.
 C:\Program Files\Pidgin
  Then run Pidgin, you'll now be able to run pidgin and all its features.
