I am new here and i want to start programing.So what is  the best programing language for beginners....? Your suggestions will be highly appreciated...!

i think it would be best to start with qbasic and such for beginners. then you can go with java, php.

A programming language is an artificial language designed to express, through a machine, especially a computer calculation. Programming language can be used to create, control a machine and  accurately express the behavior of the algorithm.

I think its best to learn php or java for starters and then use your creativity.

Once you can creatively solve and create programs it doesn't really matter what programming language you learn from. There are debates about speed of programs created with different programming language but i think it really depends on what you are planning to do. But that only comes when you are a hard coder. So start slow then grow from there. :)
