Yoga for stress

Hello all, how many of you experienced yoga practice?? It is excellent exercise especially to overcome mental stress and depression. Yoga possess are best remedy for physical as well mental stress. Yoga gives you flexibility and improves you body posture. It build a balance between your body and mind. Best exercise for all ages.

I combine my physical exercises with yoga so that the body doesn't stress too much. Yoga are very beneficial for a lot of things comforting body and mind.

In this stressful world, its very important to stay stress free. and yoga helps
