Google has just released an stable build for Google Chrome 64bit browser after long testing of canary and dev builds. The native 64 bit build is going to better, faster and more secure. Now you can directly download the 64-bit version of the Google Chrome browser from the general download page of Chrome, where it will be listed as Windows 64-bit.
According to Google, their measurements have shown that 64-bit version of Chrome has improved speed on many graphics and media benchmarks.The VP9 codec which is used in High Definition YouTube videos improved a 15% in decoding performance. Stability measurements confirm that 64-bit rendering engines are almost twice as stable as 32-bit engines. Finally, on 64-bit, defense in depth security mitigation such as Partition Allocation are able to far more effectively defend against vulnerabilities that rely on controlling the memory layout of objects.
